- Wallet Data: Credit cards you possess. For identification purposes, we only store the
Card Name and Last 4 Digits.
- We do NOT collect, store, or process full credit card numbers (PAN), CVV codes, expiration dates, or PINs.
- We do NOT connect to third-party banking institutions or aggregate financial transaction history.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

- Personalize your experience and provide card recommendations.

Agent Max is available as a connector ("MCP App") within OpenAI's ChatGPT. When you use Agent Max through ChatGPT:
- Data Shared with Us: Your User ID, merchant name, purchase amount, and spending category are sent to our servers to generate card recommendations.
- Data NOT Shared with Us: Your ChatGPT conversation history, personal messages, or any data from other ChatGPT interactions.
- OpenAI's Role: OpenAI processes your natural language queries. Their use of your data is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Logging: We log tool invocations (merchant, amount, category, recommendation) for service improvement and debugging purposes.
